Butcher shop

Thanks to Lemuel Craft

I was watching television and saw a commercial advertisement for a butcher shop that is located near where I live. The shop is owned by the dad of a former childhood friend of my daughter. Summertime and grilling just seem to go together.  I personally love to barbeque, and have my own family sauce that just can’t be duplicated.  Unfortunately, it leaves the grill a mess.  I’ve done some research and found some tips for cleaning it.  Now, it’s important to note that actually, here I am not referring to the entire grill, as in the stand, and the cover, and all, but just the grill grate.  You know, the grate that the food actually sits on.

First, turn the grill on, or get the fire going.  Let the grill heat up for about 5 minutes.  More >
